'Bring your body and leave your back pain behind'Workshops offer a cost-effective alternative to private yoga tuition.
Workshops typically last 3 hours, and give you time to really connect with this gentle form of yoga and learn to integrate the breathing with the stretching.
They can also be used to supplement one to one lessons. Working in small groups with other fellow back pain sufferers is a fantastic way to get support, encouragement and build the confidence to work with the Yoga for Back Pain Toolkit on your own or with a ‘Yoga for Back Pain study buddy.'
