Read what HanaHK has to say about The Yoga for Back Pain Toolkit

blog image I was hired to do the voiceover work for the audio version of Yoga for Back Pain and as I started the narration, I found myself drawn into the book and the wonderful concepts presented there to ease not only back pain in general, but for lower back pain and neck pain as well! These exercises for back pain are phenomenal! Anyone looking for relief from back pain and or neck pain needs to turn away from the medicine cabinet and pick up a copy of the book Yoga for Back Pain.

I never considered yoga for lower back pain, which has been my problem. But Joy's book really explains these exercises for relieving back pain in a way that anyone can understand. This is a user friendly book for anyone looking to use yoga as their exercise of choice for relieving backaches and other pain. There are so many companies that offer all sorts of remedies for back pain, but I havent found anything that makes as much sense as Yoga for Back Pain.

If youre suffering from back pain, you have to buy this book; then get out your mat and start on the path to pain-free living!

General Solution to Sleep Disturbances Caused by Back Pain

blog image Living with back pain can often have major repercussions on ones life, and only a back pain sufferer can really understand the misery of living with this condition. Many people find that their sleep quality is seriously affected and lack of sleep can often exacerbate this condition. People can get caught in a cyclical pattern of sleep deprivation and stress. There is little more depressing than being in constant pain topped by endless, sleepless nights. If ones sleep was improved, the body would have more chance of healing itself, and the sufferer would get some respite from their misery.
Many back pain victims become desperate, and feel they have no choice, but to resort to traditional sleeping pills; sometimes nothing else will do. However, when it comes to sleep, you have to be aware that many pain killers are not compatible with sleeping tablets and should not be taken together.
Ideally, it is always better to not depend on medication as there can be long-term complications. The more medication one takes, the more one starts to rely on it. It's always worth trying some natural techniques first. They may or may not work for you, but it's unlikely they will do you any harm and are a much safer alternative.
There is a new music and sound technology available called binaural beats, and it is becoming hugely popular. Research has shown that these rhythms can help to reduce anxiety, and this technology has helped literally thousands of people fall asleep faster, and sleep more soundly. The binaural beats needs stereo separation in order to work effectively, as the signals are targeted to the right and left sides of the brain. The only way they work successfully is through stereo headphones. Of course it's not very comfortable to wear traditional headsets in bed, so headphones for sleeping in were invented! SleepPhones are so comfortable that they are called Pajamas for your Ears.
You don't need to have back pain to enjoy SleepPhones. They are so soft and fleecy, it will be morning before you know it!
